1. Payment
Full payment must be made 14 days before the departure date. If full payment has not been received by that date, GoOutAnyway may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation policy as described in the Cancellation Policy below.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
Full payment must be made at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 14 days before departure.
3. Cancellation
a. Refund Basis
Refund percentages apply to Funds Received (net amount after deducting gateway/bank fees). Third-party costs (flight tickets/hotel/visa/insurance, etc.) are not included.
b. Policy
- More than 4 months before trip (≥120 calendar days): 50% refund.
- 2 to 4 months before trip (60–119 calendar days): 30% refund.
- Less than 2 months before trip (<60 calendar days): NO REFUND.
